What ever happen to Maggy from the cartoon the Simpson’s? Did she grow up?

T.v shows The Simpson’s I wonder why they won’t come out with a episode having Maggy the little baby growing up. Almost like they did the cartoon rug rats, and then they changed it to “All grown up”. And more kids or children are viewing the cartoon.
Maggy from the Simpson’s has been a baby forever. She should be walking and talking now, and not crawling with a pacifier in her mouth. Wouldn’t you think in the movie that the Simpson’s made it would have Maggy, as a child but bigger and walking and talking? And Bart, and Lisa should be somewhere off into college. I’m sure there would be alot of viewers, viewing the cartoon as much as now and then.
