Voice actors are often forgotten infact creating this was difficult because there were so many people that should be mentioned in this list. So to make it fair I had to stick to people who stood out more than the others. This was a LONG list that took time to sift away the truly unique voice actors.

Now anyone who grew up watching cartoons in the 80s knows that the cartoons today in many respects can’t hold a candle to the cartoons 20 years ago. While some animated series were overt in getting their messages across to children (Ted Turner’s Captain Planet and G.I. Joe come to mind). However, some were more subtle in their message. I don’t think anyone who watched Peewee’s Playhouse, for instance, would’ve expected that show to become a cult icon for the gay culture (don’t ask how I know that).
The Simpsons is one of the best and longest running television shows but is being overlooked by viewers.
Many people are into Detective Conan. Some are more familiar with the english name Case Closed. This is the 7th movie which some people I know say to be the most romantic.
As much here as in Japan, the manga “Naruto” is popular everywhere. Every kid or teen have heard about it, at least once. There are a lot of video games, derived products and other marketing stuff to promote it, too. The success is great, and it keeps growing.
