30 Rock is coming back strong. Here’s what you’re missing if you are not tuning in.
The new episode of “30 Rock” (somebody to love) is excellent. After weeks of guest appearances and off kilter episodes, NBC’s hit comedy “30 Rock” finally gets back into it’s groove.
The characters all seem to be present and funny. Jack Donaghy’s plotline is one of an impossible loves story. He is the Romeo of big business, and she works for Hillary Clinton. Can they ever be together? Kenneth’s story is that he has lost a pair of Mr. Donaghy’s suit pants. Kenneth not willing to let Donaghy forgive him, does all sort of crazy stunts to earn the money. Lemon’s story is probably the funniest of all.
In this episode the writers of “30 Rock” tackle the issue of racial profiling. Liz believes her roommate to be a terrorist. She’s faced with a tough choice, should she report him in, because she believes he is a terrorist, or should she say nothing because her accusations may be a little bit racist.
Anyway, the whole episode is great and is a must view for fans of “30 Rock”, or even just fans of comedy. “30 Rock” is in the swing of things and I think viewers can look forward to a solid second season. Hopefully the writers’ strike will not endanger the show.
