Bob and Lee’s sculpture stirred up trouble
Bob and Lee bought a water sculpture for their front lawn. The ladies didn’t like it. Katherine really didn’t like it. She wanted to start up the Homeowner’s Association. She wanted to run for president since Mary Alice was the last president.

Susan had another run-in with Bob and Lee once she found out they had a water sculpture. She told them that she had liked the sculpture earlier, but once she found out it was a water sculpture she hated it. She asked them to move it in the backyard, but Lee didn’t want to do it. He said they need it to drown out the noises that take place in her house. I thought the scene was pretty funny.

Bob and Lee saw Lynette and talked her into running against Katherine as the president of the Homeowner’s Association. They talked her into it by mentioning her kids tree house. They thought that Katherine would make her get rid of it. Lynette agreed because the tree means so much to her children because they can get a chance to forget about what’s going on with her.

Katherine was having a meeting at her house about the Homeowner’s Association when Lynette showed up Katherine and Lynette had a disagreement during the meeting. Lynette ended up throwing her hat in the ring. She wanted to be president too. Lynette was in for a shocked when she found out that Susan wanted to vote for Katherine. Lynette was upset by that at first. I don’t blame her. She has been Susan’s friend for years so she shouldn’t have supported Katherine.

Lynette and Katherine were on the campaign trail. They were making promises to their neighbors. During the election, there was a tie. Leave it to Susan to cause to tie. She ended up voting for Katherine and Lynette. Edie let everyone know that Susan voted twice. When Susan voted again, she voted for Katherine. Katherine won the election and she did want to tear down Lynette’s tree house.

Later on, Katherine wanted Adam to congratulate her for winning the election. He wasn’t over the moon with you for her. She hinted at what happened in Chicago. He told her how they would need friends and she’s alienating them. That will be important later.

Susan showed up at Lynette’s trying to make things right with her. Lynette must be really understanding to forgive Susan. Katherine ended up showing up and told Lynette she could keep her tree house. Susan got Lucky because she should have voted for Lynette.

Edie hired a private investigator

Gaby saw a man in a truck when she was on the phone with Carlos. She thought Victor hired the guy to follow her. She was wrong. Edie was the one who did it. The investigator showed her pictures of Carlos and Gaby kissing. They agreed to see each other again after six months and they were kissing each other goodbye. They took a huge risk because they were kissing in front of an open window. I will talk more about Carlos and Gaby in the next section.

Gaby/Carlos/John

Gaby was meeting Carlos at a hotel and she ran into John. He happened to be there with his wife, Tammy. She is pregnant. While Gaby and Carlos were in a hotel room, John showed up to surprise Gaby. He wanted to start up their affair again. Apparently there is trouble in paradise. John’s not happy with his wife. Gaby didn’t want to be with him again. John was reminiscing about their fling. He let some things spill out while Carlos was hiding in the closet. John’s father-in-law plays golf with Victor so she didn’t want him to see Carlos with her. Anyway, one of the worst things John said was that Gaby faked an orgasm with Carlos to avoid getting with him. He was hiding in the closet at the time just like Carlos. Needless to say, Carlos was upset. He and Gaby ended up fighting. Carlos wanted an apology for humiliating him, but she didn’t. She compared him to John. Carlos walked out on her. I wasn’t surprised he left her at the hotel. I think she should have apologized to him. I guess he overreacted too.

Carlos showed up at John’s place and he told him that he forgave him for being with Gaby. Carlos and John actually had a civil conversation with each other. I never thought that would happen.

Later on in the episode, Carlos told Gaby they had to stop sneaking around. He wants them to break up with Edie and Victor. He wants to feel good about being with her. They agreed to wait six months before they could be a couple.

Bree/Danielle/Phyllis

Bree wanted Danielle home so she could have the baby at home. Andrew told her and Orson how they had to bribe Danielle to get her to come back. They tried that idea and because Danielle is selfish, it ended up working. Bree and Orson bribed Danielle with college and a convertible. Danielle wanted to leave Phyllis’s place. Phyllis told Bree how Danielle’s baby was a part of Rex. The speech melted the ice a little. Bree decided that Phyllis could see Danielle’s baby on Saturday s. I thought that was really nice of her to finally do something nice for Phyllis.

Bob and Lee know Katherine’s secret

When Katherine told them they didn’t have to rush to get rid of their statue, they dropped a bomb on her. Lee told her how Bob knew about Adam’s problems in Chicago. Of course they didn’t say what it was, but they do know it. It must be pretty bad because she had to let them keep their statue. I can only imagine what she will do to keep them quiet.
