LOST changed TV (and how fans follow a show) in so many positive ways its affect will be felt for years to come.
If you’re a fan of LOST you really don’t need this list, you already know why its the greatest show ever. This list is for those that either don’t get LOST or refuse to acknowledge that LOST is better than anything else they are watching. So put Jersey Shore on pause and check out these reasons. Even this list by itself is better than most of the stuff on TV.
(spoiler alert: if you plan on watching the show in the future be careful with some of the knowledge that is about to be dispensed upon you)

1. Any character can die. At any moment.
2. There are more twists in LOST than tornado season in Kansas
3. Love triangle that became a love box
4. Smoke Monster
5. The beginning of the show does not have a cheesy theme song
6. Kate is hot
7. (for the ladies) Sawyer walks around with his shirt off
8. No other show can have main characters missing for an entire episode (and multiple episodes) and still work. Imagine Seinfeld without Seinfeld, The Office without Michael, Dexter without, well, Dexter, Jon and Kate without Jon (wait bad example).

26. I love it when you don’t see something coming and it surprises the hell out of you
27. Watching old episodes and seeing small clues that you would have never seen or understood until later. Example: In episode 1 when Kate is coming out of the jungle and ends up helping Jack dress his wounds, she is massaging her wrists. It’s not revealed until later that she was wearing handcuffs just a few moments earlier. Brilliant!
28. Every character seems to know how to fire a gun, perfectly (except maybe Hugo)

I watched about 1 1/2 seasons, but then I missed an episode, and that was enough – I was LOST too! It got too hard to catch up after that unfortunately, I did enjoy the show.
Good luck getting people behind this one. Though you make some VERY fascinating points, youre going to have to do more than bring up a few things that may be different than what weve already heard. What are trying to say here? What do you want us to think? It seems like you cant really get behind a unique thought. Anyway, thats just my opinion.
