Role Model: Ally Mcbeal of the 1990s Show Ally Mcbeal

Ally McBeal of the 1990s show Ally McBeal is a role model. She graduated from Harvard Law School and works as an attorney at Cage and Fish in Boston, Massachusetts. She is primarily a litigator. She later becomes a partner of this firm. Without a second thought she considers herself odd.

She dated Billy Thomas who she knew in grade school and the love of her life who was at one time also going to Harvard Law School and switched to go to another law school after he met the woman who would later become his wife, Georgia. Ally and Georgia get along very well despite the fact that they hate each other. Both of them also work for Cage and Fish. She also attended law school with Richard Fish who is the co-founder of the firm Cage and Fish.

Ally came to Cage and Fish as an attorney after she had a problem with one of the attorneys at the previous office she worked at who couldn’t stop squishing woman’s butts. Ally went to court against him and won when the law firm choose the other attorney over her. Ally is also not afraid to say what she thinks if she doesn’t like something that somebody does.

Because Ally considers herself odd she has no problems accepting people around her as friends. Although she does consider herself odd, she is not always ready to go out on the second date with the strangest guy who asks her out. She often has a hard time dumping the guys who are interested in her. Often to get out of dumping a guy she pretends to be a lesbian in order to get rid of them. Sometimes she has no choice but to dump, and being that she is an excellent lawyer, she can do it hard.

Ally spends many hours in her own world of thought and is often surprised by people who enter her office without knocking. At one time she had visions of a baby which she couldn’t get out of her head until she confronted it and they danced. She also visited John Cage’s therapist Tracey who told her she needed a theme song of her own. At times she can be very perceptive with her friends and co-workers. She tries to help her friends in any way she can. The one thing that can be said about Ally is that she cares about people.

Her and her co-workers go downstairs to the bar after work. Ally loves to dance with the twins and her friends.
