Two Games Shows You Should Watch

During my down time, some evenings my family and I watch two game shows that we really enjoy.  We watch “Minute To Win It” and “Million Dollar Drop”.  When these game shows come on, we are glued to the set.

Commonalities

Both these games have $1 million dollars at stake.  They are both played as a team, a couple.  I can appreciate the discussions and support each player gives the other to achieve their goal.

Million Dollar Drop

The biggest earnings I saw two people win was, $250,000, a quarter of a million dollars.  Two lady best friends won the game.  They showed so much passion and enthusiasm, that you were glad they were contestants.

Charity

Often times, when big money is at stake, charities benefit.  The best friends, who won, support a children’s center in India.  This is a great cause.  Having fun, and playing with purpose, makes the game all the more fun.

Minute To Win It

This game can be won by having a strong knowledge of facts and statistics.  The two teammates collaborate to come up with the best answer, and decide which answer(s) to plant their money on.  When the teammates are divided on an answer, they shuffle the money around using their best judgment.  After working so hard to get to the final and 7th question after answering all the previous ones correct, you can still go home empty-handed….which most players do.

Fun

Game Shows are something to look forward too.  It is a leisure activity.  Try it out, and see if you like it!  Check your local listings for days and times.
