Personally, I could care less about Simon leaving. Mentally, he was already gone; he was worthless as a judge during Season 8.

Fox is kidding themselves if they think Idol has even a remote chance of survival without Simon. It would be like an airplane without an engine; it would crash and burn upon takeoff. The unwelcome addition of Ellen Degeneres would fan the flames. I hope this is all just a rumor, or part of Simon’s latest negotiating scheme to get more money to stay on Idol.

idol is dead to me, i will not watch without paula. Im excited for American x factor! since i got reasons to believe she will also be part of it. IDOL IS HISTORY
