Chloe knows how to get into trouble to get her story, and she is definitely a role model.
Chloe Sullivan of the television series Smallville is a role model. This girl is best friends with Clark Kent. She is also friends with Lana Lang, who at one time was her roommate while in high school. Lois Lane is her cousin. In high school, she ran the school paper “The Torch” in which she was both reporter and editor. On the wall of the place where she worked towards her career, was her wall of weird. On it were all weird things that have been happening in Smallville since the meteor shower.
Chloe learned she was part of the weird, as she developed a “healing” ability. She healed Lana Lang who was dead and ended up in a coffin. She had been missing. Her cousin Lois searched everywhere for her, and she and Clark found her.
Any thing going on in town that is any bit out of sorts she is on to. She is always carrying around her digital camera ready to investigate. She takes risks to get her story. She is very intelligent and can be masterful at times. She has hacked computers to get her story. It is this go-getter attitude that got her a column in “The Daily Planet. “
Chloe has been tempted toward corruption. Lionel Luthor gave her a job to do for “The Daily Planet” as long as she informed about Clark Kent. She thought she could do it, but changed her mind because Clark was her friend. It was a bad choice she made, and her family paid for it dearly. She also paid for it when she kept a file on Lex Luthor that was later discovered.
Chloe for a long time had a crush on Clark, but later while attending Metropolis University and working at “The Daily Planet” dated Jimmy Olson, photographer.
Chloe has the brain of a journalism, and is always looking for justice, and of course, things to add to the “Wall of Weird.” She does what she has to do to get the story. She makes mistakes and she learns from them.
