Compassion and Concern

So continues the gut wrenching tale of woe with Beth. Gee what a surprise Stephanie continues to be a total bitca about it. Doesn’t she realize how awful she’s looking by refusing to leave? If she was so sure that she’d get back together with Eric she’d graciously step aside and if Beth continued to get worse and needed to be put in a place the Logan clan just might be in a weird way grateful to her for giving them that time but no she continues to be as stubborn as a goat. Well she certainly got a surprise didn’t she?

Boob of course wants Mommy and Daddy back together but realizes how horrible the sitch is. He has to take a trip to the International Offices since he’s the new bigwig. Talk about crappy timing but after talking to Boob it looks like Eric realized that he needed to do something about things. Wow I know Stephanie was surprised that Eric told her to leave. She certainly wasn’t expecting that was she? I do kind of feel bad for Donna but I don’t think she’s really using this tragedy to keep Eric. Who is Stephanie to accuse her of that when she’s very obviously trying to use it to get Eric back? I can’t understand why she’d want this guy back? How many times has he left her and married someone else?

If I were Stephanie I’d just leave and forget about this guy. He wants to stick by Donna which is nice but he also implies that he wants Stephanie too. Was he suggesting an affair? At least he made a decision. If things continue to get worse with Beth it is likely that they will need to consider making other arrangements for Beth. I’m just not sure what Eric was saying. He’s declaring his love for Stephanie but at the same time he’s staying with Donna. Is this a case of a guy that wants to have his cake and eat it too. Maybe he wants to follow that vow in the wedding about worse and the whole sickness part. I do feel bad for Donna since she really does love Eric.

At least Whip and Taylor were on to help lighten things up a little bit. I think the two of them are adorable. And it was nice to see a cutie with his shirt off. Oops there I go again. I guess they’re leaving for their honeymoon soon since he’s talking about April in Paris and here it is nearly halfway over although you never know with soap time since it can be all wonky. It’s just nice to see Taylor with someone that truly loves her instead of being in this battle for one man that loves someone else more. Yeah this would be like the Gwen and Theresa sitch wouldn’t it down to the hair colors. I just hope he continues to take Owen’s clothes off since I do like those ideas he comes up with for the campaigns. I certainly love Cabana Boy and still want to order one.
