Just a Bit of Fun

Lucy is quite the evil one isn’t she? She decides to take some money out of the till to pay for old exams from Adam. That was pretty clever to have a call sent to her Dad’s phone so she could pretend someone was coming with a delivery and he proved himself to be a total moron since he wanted to blame Jane for the missing money. What is she forbidden to buy a new purse or something? But Lucy had no idea she was caught with the webcam and Peter’s computer. At least he didn’t accuse Jane before finding out although I don’t get why she’s with Ian since he’s such an idiot.

Libby’s frustrated because she can’t have any alone time with Adam since someone is always walking in when the two are kissing. The McQueens seem to have that more under control but of course it helps that often many of them are gone while here it seemed like everyone was home at the time. And Lucas continues to be absolutely insane thinking Patrick having Liz over will endanger Jordan’s soul when he should be thinking about the fact that he’s killed a guy and quite possibly a dog. Also I’m thinking Patrick was married before so does the whole no sex before marriage really apply to him if he was married before? Lucas and Patrick talk about marriage and Lucas gives his blessing. Oh yes who wouldn’t want to have the blessing of a psycho?

Liz overhears the two talking so she mentions this to Dot. Oh no Dot you’re not a gossip at all. Gee I wonder how everyone found out about Patrick and Liz getting married. Shouldn’t the bride and groom to be actually know before anyone else does? He gets all wigged out but Liz finds the whole thing funny. She tells him that she doesn’t want to get married again and mentions something about wearing meringue which makes no sense to me. Why would she wear a pie to a wedding? Somehow I think I might be missing something. Well I did find out that Liz is Libby’s grandmother which is something.

As for Libby I think she’s jealous of Darren and Jodie. I had another what the hell did she say moment when she was saying something about I think ice cream? She ends up taking Adam on a picnic and the other two just happen to be there. Oh the girl is so very smart isn’t she? If Darren was choking Jodie would have had to do the hugging thing. Well that’s close enough right although I don’t think hugging will do the trick since there’s squeezing involved when there’s someone choking. Libby certainly didn’t mind getting Patrick as her new granddad.

Adam is a little turd isn’t he? He decides to double the price for the exams but he ends up changing his mind since he wants sex instead. And he wants a down payment. Um isn’t Minty or whatever that bald guy’s name is the guy’s father? He peeked and saw the two kissing. Well it could have been worse since he just asked for a kiss. He doesn’t seem to be any  more into Libby than she into him although it could be the lack of sex that’s doing his head in. Hey did I actually say it in British correctly? I think I just might have. I’m not really surprised that Lucy changed her mind and the guy’s no dummy since the blackmail thing works both ways here. Usually the one person doesn’t think about how it could be turned back on the person so I think this would be a first.

Ian is just horrible. What kind of father gives the thumbs up on his kid cheating? Of course this is the same man that kept his daughter’s abortion secret from his wife and sent her away because of the daughter not wanting her around. As crazy as it might sound I think I wouldn’t mind her getting together with Masood. They just seem to fit better. Poor Jane’s going to be devastated if she finds out the truth about Lucy having the abortion. Sure it was her choice but keeping it from Jane especially when she agreed to let Jane have the baby to raise as her own is just awful.

Well Peggy got her wish sort of when it was revealed that Glenda was moving into Ronnie’s place and that she was moving back in with them. So that gets rid of her to an extent but she can’t get rid of her entirely since she is Ronnie and Roxy’s mom or mum as you Brits say. I wonder if that spelling started as a result of the way it sounds when spoken with a British accent since some words sound a bit odd. Row sounds weird and vitamins does too although the last part is pronounced the same way as the Americans since it is the first part that sounds odd.

Still not sure what Stacey’s Mom is called but she is pretty nutty. Of course it is the kind of nutty that can drive you up the wall. She ends up bringing a crib home and gets Ryan to help her. Um don’t they come in boxes? Nope she was just carrying it down the street. She wanted Ryan to put it together for her but Stacey who had just came out of the shower got pissed off to find this guy in her room. I’m with Whitney since it is understandable that she wouldn’t be happy to find a guy in her room. 

She ends up going to see Ryan and I’m thinking she might be thinking about telling him about the baby but Janine is there. She ends up telling Stacey about the bet. Um Janine if Ryan had to kiss the most horrible person wouldn’t that be you? I had no idea that Stacey’s a mentalist? So she’s some kind of psychic type person that works for the cops like the guy on that show The Mentalist that I’ve never actually watched. Maybe Janine suspects something but of course it could just be her being mean which seems to be her thing since she’s one nasty cow.

Darren is pretty clueless since he didn’t realize that Jack had Vanessa under his desk. A big clue that something’s up would be the lack of lights. Also another thing would be the person telling you to take the day off. And another thing would be the shirt not being buttoned right. Abby did catch that one. It was sweet of him to plan something for her along with her sister and boyfriend but he mucked things up a bit. Never embarrass the girl in front of her boyfriend but of course I don’t think Dad knows that he’s the boyfriend. He later ends up giving her a nice pair of earrings but whoops looks like Dad didn’t notice that his daughter didn’t have her ears pierced. Looks like someone needs to talk to Mom and arrange an ear piercing to make up for embarrassing her like that.
