What a couragous interview!  I think that she is a great example to our world of how people should act.  Despite losing basically her whole face to a ravenous chimp, she remains defiant.  Her eyes had to be removed due to disease.  Imagine that, not ever being able to see again.  You wouldn’t even be reading this article.  Think of all the things you couldn’t see.  Your spouse, kids, forests, valleys, movies, tv shows, and all the rest life has to offer.  Anyway, this is a story about bravery and courage, not of lost hope. 

During her interview she took off her viel to show the world her face(or what’s left of it) for the first time.  By now it is probobly all over the internet, and no doubt it will be subject to many cruel and undeserving jokes.  I don’t even want to think about next halloween, wear kids will be sporting her face on a mask.  Chilling to say the least.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family, who have no doubt suffered as a result of the attack.  Nash will be suing for around $50 million for pain and suffering among other things.
