Martha Kent to Return to The Cw’s Smallville

According to a report on Entertainment Weekly.com,actress Annette O’Toole has signed a deal to return as Martrha Kent on the hit CW drama, Smallville. O’Toole will be joined by her real life husband, Michael Mckean, who is set to return to the program as Perry White, future editor of The Daily Planet.  Both actors are set to appear in this season’s 21st episode.

“We’re thrilled to have Michael back on the show, said  Smallville  executive producer Brian Peterson. “And to be able to link it with he anticipated return of Martha Kent is just a phenomenal way to gear up to the end of the season.”  It has reported earlier by MTV.com, that the upcoming Perry White/Martha Kent return episode would offer an “unexpected surprise” for Clark Kent.
