More Observations on “The Real Housewives of Orange County”

The more I watch and read the more annoyed I get!

I went to Bravo.com and took a look at the various blogs that some of the “Housewives” have written and I have attempted to make comments about a million times. I guess negative comments are not welcome over there because mine are never printed.

I was astounded to read the comments following Vicki Gunvalson’s blog because there are actually hundreds of women out in there who admire and look up to this nasty piece of work. They constantly tell her how wonderful  and “together” she is and how she is the best of the lot. I wonder if we are all watching the same program?

As I mentioned in my two previous blogs on this subject, Vicki is without a doubt one of the nastiest women I have ever seen on television or in my real life. She has a definite superiority complex and looks down on her fellow cast-mates every chance she gets. She insinuates that only she works for a living and that only she is in the position to give advice on life’s trials and tribulations. This, coming from a woman who never seems to stop working, has had a terrible relationship with her beleaguered husband (up until recently), and has a son who is as lazy as they come. She talks behind everyone’s back and turns her piggish nose up at everyone who she feels is beneath her which by the way, seems to be EVERYONE else on the planet. Well, at least everyone who doesn’t work 24/7. She must have forgotten that being a stay-at-home mom is a full time job and it certainly qualifies as work.

Lynn (the ditz), never blogs and I suspect it’s because she can neither read nor write. We are all probably better off because if she writes the way she talks and acts we’d have to have a barf bag near by as we read her words. I hope that she and her $1100 leather jacket are happy together and that it is keeping her warm as she lives in a cardboard box somewhere.

Alexis is delusional because she thinks that every women is hitting on her husband Jim. Now that is a joke. Jim is a mess and anyone who would hit on him would have to be blind and deaf. When he scolded Alexis for talking to loud in a restaurant (which she wasn’t), I wanted to reach through my television screen and slap him upside the head. The problem with that would be that I would have had to touch him…ewwww.

Tamra seems to be moving right along on her quest to remain the “hottest” housewife anmd I have no doubt that some poor schmuck will find her attractive and be happy to support her in the style to which she has become accustomed. As bossy and controlling as her ex, Simon was, he has come out the winner in this divorce.

There are only two episodes left which may include the Reunion Show (not sure), until the season comes to an end and we move to New York and another group of not so real housewives. I can’t wait to see the Reunion because that’s when the sparks fly and the tears flow. I’ll certainly be back here to comment on all of the minute by minute drama even though I plan on having that barf bag near by.
