The Amazing Race Season 17

 With a new season of the amazing race, with another chance for one million dollars, only one team can win. There are 11 teams on season 17 of the amazing race.

The team of Andie and Jenna has a strong connection coming from birth. Andie had an unplanned pregnancy early on, giving birth to Jenna. So with Andie being the birth mother, Jenna was put into a foster home, she hopes their relationship will grow on this chance to win lots of money.

Brook and Claire are best friends, met when they made their own home shopping show. They are all for Women winning the race, and are confident in their skills with persuading others to make it through.

Teaming up is Chad and Stephanie, are on a fast paced relationship that started in January. Chad is said to be loud, yells, and does whatever he can to win. With a background of playing football his attitude may prove to be too much. Companionate Stephanie may be in for a big surprise.

Connor and Jonathan are best friends attending Princeton College.  They are good at singing as well as dancing. Their group has been around the world; this may serve for an advantage for navigation. We will see what these boys can do.

The father, Gary will be competing with his daughter Mallory. They don’t want to be recognized as only an old man or a beauty queen. The come from Kentucky and both can work hard to accomplish much.

Tom and Jill make up another group of competitors. These two are currently dating and might help them work together to see if they can stay together. Seems like they struggle getting along a little bit, we will have to see.

In their 20’s, Katie and Rachel might put up some challenges for the rest of the teams. Working well as beach volleyball partners they may use their athletic skills to win the million dollars.

The Wu family has another two members to compete. Michael and Kevin don’t seem very sure if they will win. With Michael’s carefree attitude and Kevin’s competitiveness, they make a strong team.

With two similar names, Nat and Cat, they both have similar jobs. The both work as Doctors and they have worked together. Communication and brains will be their biggest skill in this race.

Nick and Vicki are also a couple that are dating. Trying to learn more about each other on this race. Also they feel like being judged might throw them off. They live their  lives to the fullest everyday, and feel like they can do well.

Ron and Tony are best friends, and have grown up together. Tony has determination in some of the simplest things. This can help them be not afraid of what they can accomplish.
